reflect on and challenge your practice as an educational leader or manager
investigate how the intersections of policy and practice influence leaders and managers of schools, institutions and systems

investigate how leaders and managers can address issues of race, gender and class within educational organisations to improve student outcomes

A good honours degree (or equivalent) plus appropriate leadership experience.
